About me
I believe in the profound connection between the mind - body - soul. I offer a unique approach to healing bringing together my many years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Kundalini Yoga and Restorative Yoga Teacher. My approach allows you the space to tap into your inner world using integrative practices giving you an embodied experience of healing.
I work collaboratively with each client to help them explore their artwork, identify symbols, patterns, and themes that emerge. Through this process, clients gain insight into their emotions, conflicts, and unconscious processes. Art can serve as a mirror reflecting aspects of the self that may not be immediately apparent.
I encourage clients to reflect on their artwork and its significance in relation to their personal experiences and inner world. Through guided discussions with me, clients deepen their understanding of themselves and their emotional landscape.
I have over 15 years of experience working in the therapeutic realm both studying and practising Yoga and Art Psychotherapy.
How to get started with me
I offer a free 15 minute online consultation for us to first meet and chat about what your needs are, answer questions and talk about how I can best support you. Then if you wish to book in we'll carry out Art therapy online over Zoom weekly or fortnightly.
Training, qualifications & experience
I currently have a private practice online, and run an Art therapy service for a community arts charity in the West of Scotland. I have over a decade of experience working with children, families and adults within the third sector.
I hold a Masters of Science in Art Psychotherapy, I am registered with the British Association of Art Therapists and The Health and Care Professions Council.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
