About me
I put emphasis on ensuring that we can jointly develop a shared understanding of your experiences and difficulties with the aim of empowering you to take actions to reach your desired goals.
I provide a range of evidence-based psychological therapies online and face to face in Dundee. for those over the age of 16 from various backgrounds. Difficulties I work with include (but are not limited to): depression, anxiety, stress, loss, body image issues, panic, OCD, anger, trauma, life changes, sexual difficulties, health anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I also offer input towards personal development and self-reflection.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental place, where you can be heard and start to develop an understanding of your difficulties in the first instance. I also offer coping strategies and skills to work towards self-management in the future.
Deciding who the right clinician is for you can be a difficult process and you have now taken the first step. I offer an initial 15-20 minute telephone consultation to discuss your difficulties, to help decide if we are a good fit and to offer you an opportunity to ask questions about therapy. Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a consultation.
