About me
In our relationship, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your true self.
Do you feel like low self-confidence is keeping you from reaching your potential at work or in your personal life? Are concerns about body image or self-esteem impacting your relationships? Perhaps anxiety is standing in the way of your goals, or you're finding it difficult to silence self-critical thoughts. Maybe you're navigating a breakup or considering significant changes in your life.
As an integrative counsellor, I’m here to help you explore these challenges—whether they stem from current stressors or past experiences. Together, we'll work to uncover patterns that might be holding you back and find new ways to nurture self-confidence and awareness.
For those experiencing challenges in their relationships, whether romantic, familial, or friendships, therapy can provide a space to explore underlying issues, improve communication, and foster healthier connections. I understand how painful and isolating relationship struggles can be, and I’m here to help you navigate these difficulties with compassion and care.
When it comes to anxiety, I work creatively with my clients to not only manage symptoms but also to explore the deeper roots of their anxiety. Together, we’ll uncover the underlying causes and develop practical tools to help you cope. I often incorporate somatic exercises, grounding techniques, breathing exercises, and guided meditations into our sessions. These methods can help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and regain a sense of control over your anxiety.
For clients dealing with social anxiety, I create a gradual and supportive therapeutic process that respects their pace and comfort level. We work together to identify triggering situations and develop strategies to manage these challenges. By building social confidence step by step, my aim is to empower you to engage more fully with the world around you
I also enjoy working with younger adults, those in their late teens and twenties as they navigate the transition into adulthood. Helping you explore your identity, build resistance and make decisions that align with your authentic self.
My approach centers on self-acceptance, self-care, and compassion. I'm committed to helping you embrace every part of yourself, even those aspects that may bring up feelings of guilt or shame.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and value the uniqueness of each individual's journey.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
