About me

I have been a therapist for 18 years. Initially qualified as a Psychodynamic and Humanistic Counsellor and later as a Family, Couple and Systemic Psychotherapist.

Through continuous professional development I have the advantage of using a collection of theoretical ideas, skills and experiences to inform my practice and provide the best intervention for my clients. I am a flexible, dedicated, reliable, passionate and committed Psychotherapist and (Approved) Clinical Supervisor who will work with whatever you decide to bring to the sessions and together we will find the most useful and effective ways forward. I am a member UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and abide by their code of practice.

Relationship therapy centred work is inspired by my passion for therapeutic communication/relational connections and seeing the difference that such work can and have made to people’s lives.
