About me

I provide a warm, confidential space for you to come as you are. Together, we'll work to overcome challenges like anxiety, bereavement, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, and family issues, helping you cultivate well-being and create meaningful changes. If you're experiencing difficulties in any of these areas, know that you're not alone.

Why work with me? What makes my approach different?

Traditional talk therapy, while valuable, often falls short when it comes to healing trauma, deep-seated emotional patterns, and creating lasting change. This is because our bodies hold onto experiences in ways that words alone cannot fully access.

I offer a transformative approach that integrates talk therapy with somatic processing, allowing you to heal trauma and emotional pain at their root. By working with the body, we can unlock profound insights, release emotions, and create lasting transformation.

Working with trauma, grief, loss, and anxiety are some of my primary areas of interest, and I've completed extensive training in trauma recovery, bereavement counselling, and anxiety management. My aim is to help clients find healing and move forward. However, I also offer support for a wide range of challenges, including couples counselling, ADHD, and more.

In my practice, I foster an empathic, solution-focused therapeutic environment. I believe therapy, at its best, is a nurturing and stabilizing process. It's here that we can build resilience, enabling you to face difficulties with compassion and strength. This approach helps make tackling challenges, including trauma and bereavement, feel less overwhelming.

Holding compassionate space for self-inquiry is vital to healing, and I'll guide you in developing new behaviours that align with your goals and values. This fosters self-led and transformative change. My approach is collaborative and adaptable, ensuring that we work together to find the best strategies for addressing your specific concerns.

Whatever your issue, big or small, it's valid. There's nothing more valuable than investing in deep internal work to transform your life for the better. If you'd like to explore whether we might work well together, please feel free to reach out.
