About me

I understand that the thought of finding help can be daunting. My aim is to make our next steps together as positive and stress-free as they can be. Whether online or at my quiet and discreet Counselling room in Salisbury, I offer you a safe, therapeutic space full of understanding and free from judgement.

My training in a range of Psychotherapeutic techniques, Clinical Hypnotherapy as well as Counselling allows us to create therapy that works for you as an individual rather than forcing you to fit the way I work.

Getting help can be a liberating and lasting experience. With the ability to draw on a range of techniques and a dedicated and peaceful Counselling and Therapy space, I work to reduce the stress of change and free you to move towards the life you want.

Training, qualifications & experience

As a Graduate of the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy I am trained in a range of techniques and ways of approaching the challenges you face.

I hold a Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapeutic Counselling which effectively means that I use Counselling alongside Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis where appropriate.

I am a member of the NCPS, UKCP, NSTT and CNHC- all professional bodies aiming to uphold the highest professional and ethical standards. You can be comfortable that the way we work together will put you at the centre of a process that is safe, non-judgemental and full of experience.

Additional information

Understanding you need help is a big step. I work to make getting help a simple but flexible process.

I charge £64 for a 1 hour session, whether that is online or face to face at my Assisi Therapy counselling space in Salisbury.

I am quite happy to see you 7-14 days between sessions and do not require commitment to a minimum number of sessions to work with you. Payments can be made by bank transfer or card.

Further information

I realise that deciding to look for help can be liberating, but it can also leave you feeling vulnerable.

Regardless of age, gender or life experience, having a pleasant, calm and discreet location to speak about your problems and realise you are being heard can make a big difference.
