Creative Therapy

“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions”
and
“The only source of knowledge is experience “

Albert Einstein

In my clinic, I use creative methods as part of the healing process, helping you work through emotional wounds and guiding you from the unconscious to the conscious. These approaches can offer powerful insights and support deep personal growth. Through metaphors and imagery, you may find it easier to describe your experiences and gain clarity about your inner world. For example, painting and drawing can help you express feelings and thoughts more freely, connect with your sense of self, and deepen your self-understanding and awareness.

I also support you in exploring your dreams. You’re invited to describe them in as much detail as possible, and I gently encourage you to interpret them in your own way. In a safe and supportive space, we work together to link them in your dreams to your personal story. Many people find these creative methods not only helpful and insightful but also empowering in their healing journey

  • Move from unknowing to knowing
  • Encourage you to believe in yourself and to understand that change is possible
  • Empower you to find meaning and purpose, improving your quality of life and
  • helping you to realise your potential in work, leisure and love.
  • Self-compassion and non-self-judgmental/criticising
  • Understand your past and move on from the past into the here and now
  • Create change in your life
  • Change attitude, look from a different angle and take responsibility
  • Help you to be independent and autonomous
