Supervision details
I am an experienced adult supervisor, qualified in 2018 at Northern Guild Psychotherapy.
My supervision style is creative and integrative.
Working creatively involves using images, drawings, and the imaginal realm to gain a deeper understanding. This approach moves from the unconscious to the conscious, allowing for a different perspective and fostering awareness by connecting the body and mind.
I employ a psychodynamic approach to explore the dynamic relationship between supervisor and supervisee, with a focus on the here-and-now experience (Phenomenology).
Additionally, I use an integrative approach to view the holistic picture, which enables me to perceive and work with different layers within the supervisory relationship between myself and the supervisee.
