About me

In my practice, I like to help people unwind the tensions they carry. I offer a a gentle space for clients to release, even if for a moment, the things that demand so much of our energy as we power through our daily lives. Just having that space can empower us to approach life a bit more creatively and reconnect to our sense of play.

I try to invite clients to rebalance their thinking, emotional, and sensory functions in sessions. I may use analysis, play, and more meditative approaches in a session, depending on clients' needs and desires.

I use liberatory frameworks like disability activist Petra Kuppers' eco soma, and I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I work with clients who may need a space where neurodivergent, queer, and otherwise marked and/or masking people can rest assured knowing they are safe in the therapeutic space, and that someone in their life is advocating for them precisely as they are.

I offer sliding scale options and want to do my part to make therapy as accessible as it should be. If you'd like to know more about my therapy style and see if it's a good fit for you, please reach out! I'd love to meet you where you are.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, UK. I hold a MA in Drama & Movement Therapy. Our sessions could be informed by Jungian and Post-Jungian analytical approaches to treatment as well as play therapy, drama therapy, and liberatory eco philosophies.

I have clinical experience in elementary and middle schools, with clients through inpatient psychiatry (psychosis and eating disorders units), in a center for non-speaking neurodivergent adults, and at an LGBTQIA2S+ young persons’ trust. As a neurodivergent therapist, I practice attuning to the languages available to my clients and welcome their masking/unmasking according to their personal comfort levels.
