About me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and a Counsellor with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist for the NHS and many Bristol-based charities, as well as running a private practice. I am experienced in providing support to clients from diverse backgrounds. Whether you feel not good enough, overwhelmed, dealing with childhood traumas, struggling with stress, parenting,  low mood, anxiety, imposter syndrome, low confidence or low self-esteem, your therapeutic journey will always be tailored to your needs.

We are all unique. That is why my approach derives from various psychotherapeutic modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Inner Child Therapy, Shadow Work and many more. (Please see the list of my qualifications and training below).

We will use tools and techniques that will help you manage your past and make progress in the future.
Empathy, passion, commitment, and respect are key elements of good therapy. I provide my clients with a non-judgmental and safe space that allows them to better understand and manage their feelings and helps them grow and reconnect with their authentic selves.

I constantly update my training practice to reflect the most up-to-date therapeutic methods.

Please note I work with adults only.

Please contact me for more information. I offer a free 30-minute online session or a paid initial session with no obligation to continue therapy.
