Hello I'm Angela and I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor in Essex. I can offer a safe and confidential environment either face to face or online to work alongside you on your journey. I fully understand that taking the step into counselling can be daunting and I am sensitive to how nervous you might feel.
We will work on your journey together and at a pace that is comfortable for you. Counselling really can be the chance to work through issues, challenges and difficulties we face in our lives.
Being an integrative counsellor means I can work in a variety of ways to suit you. This can involve creative interventions.
I have a strong belief and passion for counselling and enjoy supporting individuals in making those steps towards change. Counselling really can empower you by talking and challenging yourself to make changes. The sessions would give the time to talk in a safe and confidential environment. I can offer face to face with off street parking, telephone or online.
If you wish to contact me either by phone or email we could set up a free 30 minute consultation to discuss how this would work and for you to feel coable to ask any questions.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
