About us
Face-to-face or online psychological therapy sessions for adults and children offered by qualified experienced Clinical Psychologists and Psychological Therapists.

We specialise in providing psychological therapies to individuals, training workshops, consultation and supervision services.
Our areas of specialism include:
- Anxiety - including panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias,
- Low mood/depression - difficulties enjoying activities, tearful, lethargy, withdrawing from others

All of our practitioners are registered with a national recognised professional body (e.g. Health and Care Professions Council - HCPC), and engage in regular continuing professional development (CPD) to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.

British Psychological Society
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
