About us
Face-to-face or online psychological therapy sessions offered by qualified experienced Clinical and Counselling Psychologists.
We specialise in providing evidence-based psychological therapies, training workshops, consultation and supervision services.
Our areas of specialism include:
- Anxiety - including panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias,
- Low mood/depression - difficulties enjoying activities, tearful, lethargy, withdrawing from others
- Emotion Regulation difficulties.
- Low confidence and self-esteem issues
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder / Complex Trauma
- Working with those who have experienced trauma/abuse
- Self-harm
- Grief, loss and bereavement
- Emotional difficulties that may lead to physical symptoms/medically unexplained symptoms
- Difficulties making/sustaining relationships
- Working with individuals to help them to become more assertive

Training, qualifications & experience
All of our practitioners are registered with a recognised professional body (e.g. Health and Care Professions Council - HCPC), and engage in regular continuing professional development (CPD) to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.
Member organisations *
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
