Psychological therapy using simple secure online video technology.
If you are suffering with anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, relational difficulties or difficulties regulating your emotions, then I hope to be able to help you.
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I am an integrative therapist, which means that I am trained in and use multiple therapeutic approaches in my practice, and adapt the therapy to an individual's needs. I have also received specialised training in DBT.
My areas of specialism include:
- Anxiety - including panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias,
- Low mood/depression - difficulties enjoying activities, tearful, lethargy, withdrawing from others
- Emotion Regulation difficulties.
- Low confidence and self esteem issues
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Working with those who have experienced trauma/abuse
- Grief, loss and bereavement
- Emotional difficulties that may lead to physical symptoms/medically unexplained symptoms
- Difficulties making/sustaining relationships
- Working with individuals to help them to become more assertive
I am committed to working with individuals to develop a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, through which feelings and difficulties can be explored.
