About me
I work with clients from all walks of life. I use a range of approaches that fits with the client. For some it’s about changing behaviours, for others it’s finding answers and for others it’s a place to process trauma, grief and hurt.
I’m flexible, accessible and provide a safe and confidential service. It’s a journey we take together, I’ll supply the map but you have to work out the route if you want to get to your destination. Sometimes we have to accept the hand we are dealt, other times we can change it, either way counselling allows you a safe space to process emotions and explore strategies such as DBT ACT CBT …and most importantly being heard!
