About me
I am a registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialised in Inherited Family Trauma (aka Family Constellation) for over 5 years. I specialise in family issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, illness, chronic pain, cancer, self-harm or a persistent condition.
My training in the field of psychotherapy began in my home country Brazil and then London (Centre for Systemic Constellations). I continued with more advanced training with Mark Wolynn based in the USA and Stephen Hausner in Germany.
I currently practice in London, heading up group constellations workshop, lecturing to the public, and also providing private one-to-one sessions online worldwide for clients.
My approach involves using the latest psychotherapy techniques to uncover the true root of people’s suffering. Often hidden or unconscious, I help clients understand themselves better, unearth the misdirecting forces, and ultimately I empower them with techniques to overcome and move forward.
As a practitioner certified in Systemic Family Constellations, a groundbreaking method that reaches into the underlying impulses of family, trauma, emotions, beliefs, burdens and the damaging repetitive patterns of behaviours inherited from your family that are limiting your life in some way. The goal is to unlock what is still active in your unconscious mind and interfering with your quality of life and happiness today.
My approach is integrative, which allows me to pull from a diverse set of therapeutic techniques and skills, ensuring that the therapy you receive is meticulously tailored to meet your unique requirements.
I blend skills from different disciplines including attachment theory, Transactional analysis, Brief therapy, CBT, Gestalt, psychodynamic and neuroscience.
I have been deeply influenced by the pioneering work of a vibrant community of world renowned therapists including Bert Hellinger, Eric Berne, Rick Hanson, Bessel Van del Kolk, Gabor Mate and my teacher Mark Wolynn a leader expert in the field of inherited family trauma.
As a committed therapist, I prioritise ongoing learning and growth. I attend regular supervision sessions with experienced professionals to refine my therapeutic approaches. Additionally, I actively pursue further training and workshops to stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in psychotherapy.
I live with my husband and my two children in Sevenoaks, UK.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
