About me

You don’t have to struggle alone, we all need help at times. You may feel overwhelmed with anxiety or depression, have relationship difficulties, low self-confidence or be carrying trauma linked to your past. Whatever your troubles I am here to help you.

With my support you can feel emotionally lighter and take more control of your life. This means that day to day life can feel easier to manage.

You can be reassured that I will be with you each step of the way because I understand that it takes courage to face your situation.

We will take sessions at a pace set by you and together we will talk about your feelings and concerns. I will always listen with warmth and compassion, putting you at ease so that you can be yourself.

I passionately believe in the benefits of counselling to bring about personal growth, which means you will be able to make changes to how you feel. By moving forward from your current troubles, you can start living the life that you want.

Please feel free to get in touch to find out more.

If you prefer to arrange a specific time you can 'Book intro call' at the top of this page, or you can book an appointment (in-person, phone or online) via my website www.renewthemind.co.uk

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
