About me
Hi, I’m Warren. I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma. Many of the people I support are seeking meaningful change—whether in their personal lives or careers—but find themselves held back by low self-worth, persistent worry, or self-defeating patterns. I also work with those who struggle with intense phobias or obsessive-compulsive behaviours that interfere with daily life. My role is to guide clients toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom by helping them achieve the goals they set for themselves.
My work is grounded in the evidence-based approaches of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). These therapies focus on the link between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours—helping you to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop practical coping strategies.
I believe therapy should be focused, collaborative, and time-efficient. CBT and REBT are structured models designed to bring about change without needing to commit to therapy indefinitely. Together, we’ll work at a pace that suits you, with your goals leading the way.
EMDR is a structured therapy designed to help people reprocess traumatic or distressing memories. It uses guided eye movements or other rhythmic stimulation to allow the brain to "unlock" and process emotional blocks related to past experiences. It can be especially helpful for people dealing with PTSD, flashbacks, or overwhelming memories. When it’s the right fit, EMDR can be a powerful tool in helping clients feel more at peace with their past.
I also integrate techniques from mindfulness and hypnotherapy when they may benefit the process. No two clients are the same, so your therapy plan will be tailored to you and your needs.
I have specialist experience working with members of the emergency services and armed forces—whether currently serving or retired—and I understand some of the unique challenges these roles can bring.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if therapy is new to you. I aim to make things feel as relaxed and straightforward as possible from our first conversation. You're welcome to contact me for a no-pressure chat about what’s going on and how I can help.
I offer in-person therapy in the Bedford area, as well as online sessions for clients across the UK.
