About me

Hi, I'm Vicki your guide through your journey of self-discovery and healing. As a neurodivergent therapist, I specialise in supporting individuals navigating the unique challenges of neurodivergence. Whether decoding social cues, or managing everyday stress, I bring an understanding heart and tailored strategies to our sessions.

Beyond neurodiversity, I work primarily with Adults and Young people facing diverse struggles. From dysfunctional relationships to anxiety or depression; my approach is rooted in empathy and adaptability. The therapeutic space is a judgement-free zone, where we explore your journey together, fostering growth and resilience.

Difficulties such as anxiety and low self-esteem can leave us feeling powerless and broken. You might have a tendency to compare yourself to other's highlights reels presented on social media. It's important to know that perfection is an illusion that can stifle growth and happiness. I encourage you to embrace your imperfections as opportunities for growth and self-acceptance. In our sessions, you'll discover that vulnerability is a source of strength, and authenticity is a path to genuine connection and healing.

My focus is on meeting you exactly where you are on your path. Empowering and accepting you with warmth, authenticity and connection. I strive to create an environment of acceptance where you can be your unique and wonderful self.

Together, we'll celebrate victories and develop practical coping mechanisms, tailoring interventions to your unique needs. Whether neurodivergent or navigating difficult life challenges, our shared goal is to empower you on your path to a more fulfilling life.

If you're seeking a guide who embraces neurodiversity, understands diverse challenges and believes in your potential, I'm here. Let's embark on a collaborative journey of self-discovery, resilience, and growth. Together, we'll navigate the intricacies of your unique path toward a more empowered and authentic life.
