About me
Hello!
I'm Vicki, your neurodivergent guide through self-discovery and healing. If you're here because you're navigating the complexities of your unique brain or experiencing challenges that stem from it, know that you're not alone.
Drawing from my personal experience with ADHD and Autism, paired with extensive professional training, I offer a deeply empathetic and practical approach to help you on your journey toward self-acceptance and growth. The work we do together is rooted in understanding the specific challenges neurodivergent individuals face—whether it's decoding social cues, managing sensory sensitivities, or finding balance. I've walked a similar path, giving me an intimate knowledge of the barriers and triumphs that shape the neurodivergent experience.
I approach each session with an understanding heart, with sessions adapted to your specific sensory, communication, and processing needs. I prioritise creating a judgement-free space where vulnerability feels safe to explore. Together, we'll uncover what it means to thrive despite your journey's quirks and find clarity in how you experience the world around you.
My focus is on guiding you with warmth and authenticity, helping you embrace your unique perspective and grow into the extraordinary version of yourself. Whether you're dealing with relationships, anxiety, or other struggles, I'm here to walk this path with you, offering tailored strategies that resonate with your specific needs.
Together, we'll navigate the intricacies of your experience and embrace your individuality, helping you discover what it means to live with ease, resilience, and authenticity. Let's embark on this journey toward empowerment and fulfillment together—neurodivergence shouldn't be a barrier but a source of strength.
