About me

Are you going through a tough time in your life, do you feel lost, alone and don’t know how to move forward or maybe you are feeling generally unhappy and have no direction in life.  By reading this you have just taken the first step.  I am a qualified counsellor and master nlp practitioner and can offer a confidential, safe and private space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way individually tailored to your needs to help you to get back on track.

Helping you to understand what is happening in your life and knowing that there is someone you can talk to that won’t judge or criticise, who is there to work alongside you to help you get what you want is something everyone needs at some point in their life.

I have worked with a wide range of clients from all walks of life for a number of years and will happily offer a free face to face consultation so please feel to contact me, there is no obligation and I will do my best to answer any questions you have.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
