About me
Hi, my name’s Tiff. I am an accredited psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist and have been working online and in Devon for over 10 years now. I have a wide range of experience, with adults, young people and couples, and have a particular specialism in working with anxiety related conditions, neurodiversity and chronic illnesses.
My aim is to help you achieve your best hopes from therapy, as quickly as possible. Whether that be to feel better, calmer, more confident and more in control, or to have a better relationship with your partner.
Perhaps even more importantly I hope to support you in building the knowledge, confidence and ability to maintain these changes, so you can be happy, well and enjoy life well into the future.
My forward focused approach draws on effective tools within the human givens framework (brief solution focused, CBT, person centred, guided imagery). This holistic approach is informed by neuroscience and the psychology of human needs and your innate resources.

Clinical hypnotherapy - Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma, Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
Couples and family therapy -level 1 with Plymouth University, Certificate in Solution focused Couples Therapy
Diploma in Clinical Supervision - Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Clifton Practice
Other qualifications - Mindfulness teacher, NLP practitioner, Masters in Science, BSc.
Member organisations
The Human Givens Institute (HGI) is both a membership organisation and a professional body representing the interests of those in the caring and teaching professions who have an interest in or utilise the human givens approach. Counselling Directory register Registered Members (MHGI) and Fellow Members (FHGI), who will have completed the Post Graduate Practitioner's Assessment (Part III) and who are fully qualified to practise as a human givens therapist or counsellor. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I work school hours from Tuesday to Friday and also offer later appointments on Tuesday and Thursday.
