About me
Experienced Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist – Specialising in Anxiety, Neurodiversity, Chronic Illness & Couples Therapy
About Me
Hi, I’m Tiff –an accredited psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist. I’ve been in private practice since 2011; offering calm, practical and supportive therapy for adults, young people and couples. I work both online and from my base in Devon.
I support people with a wide range of challenges, but I have particular expertise in helping with anxiety, neurodiversity (such as ADHD and autism), chronic illness, and relationship difficulties.
You might be here because you want to feel calmer, more in control, or more confident. Or perhaps you and your partner are struggling to communicate, feeling stuck in cycles of tension or disconnection. I offer a calm, respectful space where we can focus on the positive change you want – and how to get there, at a pace that works for you.
My Approach
My work is forward-focused and collaborative, drawing on the Human Givens framework, solution-focused brief therapy, CBT, and clinical hypnotherapy. I also integrate guided imagery and person-centred principles, always grounded in the latest neuroscience and psychology of human needs.
In couples therapy, I help you both make sense of what’s happening and find ways to move forward with clarity, connection and mutual respect.
My aim is not just to help you feel better, but to equip you with the confidence, tools and understanding to maintain those changes long into the future.

About Sessions:
Change often happens faster than you expect
Many clients experience significant progress within 4-6 sessions. Some may feel better after just one or two, while others with more complex needs may require a longer period or ongoing support.
There is no need to set strict weekly appointments or a set number of sessions. I will work with you in a way that suits you, with the aim of helping you achieve your outcome with as few sessions as needed.
