About me

I am an experienced attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist and work with adults. I have experience of working with people suffering with anxiety, depression, having relationship difficulties and experiences of loss and trauma.

My aim is to offer a safe and confidential space from which to explore these difficulties and how they impact on one's quality of life, especially in relation to sense of self and relationships with others.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist and a member of The Bowlby centre in London where I trained.

In addition to my practice in Norwich, I am a member of the Referrals Committee at the Bowlby Centre, the main role of which is assessment of applicants for referral on to Bowlby Centre members and trainees.

I am UKCP registered.

B.A. (Hons) Social Science.
