About me
Hi, I’m Sharon and I am a qualified Life Coach and Counsellor with over 15 years experience of working with individuals who may be experiencing difficulties in their life.
Most people see Counselling as a last resort but why wait until you are at breaking point? Having someone to talk to, can really help. It’s an opportunity for you to explore what is going on, why it’s happening and work out a way forward. Whether it’s relationship problems, anxiety, depression, self confidence, a bereavement, work stress, past experiences or whatever is causing you distress, please do get in touch and come in for a free chat to see how we can work together.
Counselling offers a confidential space, where you can share your worries, fears, hopes and dreams. The counselling process helps you to increase your self awareness and really understand what choices you have and start working towards the changes that will enhance your wellbeing.
Each session will be an hour.
