About me

Welcome. Navigating life's twists and turns often leads us to unexpected challenges, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. You may be finding yourself grappling with emotional or mental health issues—whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or trauma—you don't have to face them alone.

Feeling disconnected from yourself or others, confused, emotional or at a crossroads? Exhausted from trying to figure things out on your own or friends unable to support you? As a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I provide a supportive and confidential space to explore these complexities whilst challenging you where it is beneficial in finding a way forward.

I work with individuals, relationships, couples and groups in both face-to-face sessions in Ealing and online. I draw on my experience and expertise in understanding the broader influences of gender, sexuality, culture, family dynamics, and societal pressures on individual experiences.

We all have patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours—some helpful, some not. Sometimes, what's needed is another mind to help untangle these patterns moving toward self-compassion and the person you want to be. All those things that are hard to say in usual conversations are welcome here.

Whether you’re stuck in repetitive conversations or feeling trapped in familiar dynamics, therapy offers a path to break free and gain new perspectives.

Special interests include:

Relationships – Navigating the complexities of relationships with ourselves and others. (Friendships, family, colleagues and partners).

Life Stages and Events – Understanding how past and current life stages and events are shaping our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. This includes the significance of how rites of passage from childhood through to adulthood have shaped our identities and influence our perspectives. By exploring these in therapy we gain insight into recurring patterns and unresolved issues.

Ex-Forces Families – Supporting partners through the unique challenges of armed forces and transitions to civilian life. Ready to take the first step?

Contact me for an initial 15-30 minute consultation. Together we can explore your situation and what brings you to therapy to determine the best path forward whether short-term, long-term or open ended. Together, we can explore the complexities of your experiences, fostering insight and resilience along the way.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
