About me

I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment which enables us, together, to establish and build a trusting relationship in which to explore your past and present experiences and feelings to discover how these impact in your current life. As difficult feelings are worked through, personal growth and healthy relating facilitate the steps on your journey to where you wish to be.Sometimes unwanted distressing, difficult feelings, thoughts and events create disharmony and upset in our life.

Personal therapy - often a course requirement for student counsellors, however, it is also accessed by professionals. A safe, confidential space is offered for reflection, exploration and processing to increase self-awareness, insight and personal and professional growth.

Supervision - working within the ethical guidelines of the BACP, a supportive space and trusting relationship is offered for a therapist to reflect upon experiencing with clients to promote safe, boundaried practice and create an environment for professional and personal development.
