About me
Taking the first step to seek support can feel daunting, especially when you've experienced trauma, abuse, relationship breakdown, or significant loss. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about your experiences and feel heard, understood and supported at your own pace.
I have particular experience supporting adults and young people affected by:
• Domestic abuse and coercive control
• Trauma and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences
• Parental alienation and child contact difficulties
• Relationship breakdown and loss
• Bereavement and complicated grief
• Anxiety, stress, low mood and depression
• Low self-esteem and confidence
• Family conflict and life transitions
With over 17 years' experience in social care and counselling-related services, I understand how deeply these experiences can affect every aspect of life. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, isolated, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we can explore your experiences, make sense of difficult emotions, and help you regain confidence and control.
I am particularly passionate about supporting men and women who have experienced domestic abuse, relationship loss, parental alienation, or difficulties maintaining relationships with their children. I also have extensive experience supporting young people facing emotional challenges, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties.
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to your individual needs, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic Therapy. This allows us to work in a way that feels right for you, whether you are seeking practical coping strategies, deeper self-understanding, or support through a challenging period in your life.
Alongside my private practice, I have provided counselling for a specialist service supporting men affected by domestic abuse, parental alienation and relationship loss. I have also worked within a school setting, supporting young people experiencing anxiety, grief, emotional distress and low self-esteem.
I currently provide trauma-informed counselling for victims of serious crime through my work with Wandsworth Council, supporting individuals as they process traumatic experiences and rebuild their sense of safety and wellbeing.
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, depending on your needs. Whether you are facing a current challenge or struggling with the impact of past experiences, I am here to support you.

I also work for Wandsworth CSS, providing immediate, trauma-informed support to victims of serious crime.
