About me

Hello and welcome. As a person-centred counsellor, I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards change and personal growth.

Life can be a rollercoaster, filled with both joys and challenges, and it is entirely normal to seek guidance during times of uncertainty. I firmly believe in the power of genuine connection and the profound impact it can have on our lives.

My approach to counselling centres around you. I aim to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and what ever else is challenging you, be that depression, anxiety or other trauma you may be living with. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify what you need and find the tools that work for you to help you navigate the issues you are facing.

  • My Experience.

I have professional experience with working with people of different communities, I am GSRD (Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity) aware. I have experience with working with the LGBTQIA+ community and experience with communities that live alternative life styles, I am LGBTQIA+ aware and I am also alternative relationship aware.

  • What a session with me may look like

Sessions will take the form of a collaborative process between you and I, with the idea of giving you the space for self-exploration. We will focus on the issues you bring, so that we can explore solutions to the things that worrying you. We shall create a place that gives you autonomy and safety without judgement.
