About me
Life can be a rollercoaster, filled challenges, and it is entirely normal to seek guidance during times of uncertainty.
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor with experience in providing compassionate support to clients. My practice is rooted in understanding, inclusivity, and empowerment, ensuring that every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
I provide safe, non-judgmental space where thoughts, feelings, and what ever else is challenging can be freely explored without judgement, be that depression, anxiety, traumas or other issues you may be living with. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify what is needed and find the tools that work for you to help you navigate the issues you are facing.
- My Experience.
I have professional experience with working with people of different communities, I am GSRD (Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity) aware and have experience with working with the LGBTQIA+ community while volunteering with local charities. I also have worked for Mind in their support groups, providing support for people who have complex mental health issues.
- What a session with me may look like
Sessions will take place in a safe and confidential space, with the idea of giving you the space for self-exploration. We will focus on the issues you bring, so that we can explore solutions to the things that worrying you. We shall create a place that gives you autonomy and safety without judgement.
