I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals, Couples, as well as Group facilitation, for trauma Support, Sex Addiction, and Personal Development.
My services include Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Consultative support to Professionals in Stressful Occupations for example the emergency services. I also offer presentations to organisations and societies on a range of therapy related topics, including Stress Awareness and Stress management. I offer an initial consultation before the Therapeutic process begins. I also regularly review progress, with clients to ensure they are obtaining the Counselling assistance they need.
I also offer walk and Talk Therapy, this is when a client and therapist go on a short walk in an outdoor environment. It provides an alternative open space to the office, for a client to express their feelings and concerns... contact me for details, as to how this works.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 20 years experience offer Counselling and Psychotherapy for organisations such as the NHS, Employee Counselling Schemes, Local Authority Occupational Health Departments, Police Service, Individuals and Couples.
I am a Senior, Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, Counsellor/ Psychotherapist. My background is with Victim Support and Relate. I have Trained Victim Support volunteers in Counselling skills, and presented talks on Counselling and Stress management to College Students, Organisations and Groups. I can offer Presentations to Groups and Organisations in relation to communication skills, social interaction, and negotiation skills. I also offer Clinical supervision and consultative Support.
My Qualifications include; Certificate in the Treatment of Sex Addiction, Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Sexology, which means I offer Counselling & Psychotherapy with a Sexual Focus, Relate Certificate in Marital and Couple Therapy, Diploma in Counselling, Certificate in Counselling, Certificate in Supervision Skills. B.A. Hons. Community Studies Degree.
I undertake regular Continuous Professional Development, and courses to keep updated regarding Counselling and Psychotherapy matters, and have regular Clinical Supervision.

The Association for Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC) is the leading UK organisation providing hope, information, support, and treatment options for those affected by sexual addiction and compulsivity.
ATSAC sets standards of practice for qualified therapists and provides accreditation for specialist training courses. A therapist who has gone through ATSAC recognised training will have the knowledge to respect and work with you sensitively to find out how best to support your needs.
Therapy options may include one-to-one sessions, group work, and/or relationship counselling. ATSAC is a not-for-profit organisation.
