About me
I work with my clients in a supportive and collaborative way to find the best solutions that work for them.
What does this mean for you?
It is not uncommon to experience anxiety, depression in the form of fear, despair, hopelessness, isolation, anger, or even numbness.
I provide a secure and supportive environment where you can feel safe enough to reflect, process and be able to gain a clearer understanding of what is troubling you, and make any necessary adjustments and adaptations.
The room is your space and your time to be heard. You talk, I listen and from there we'll create the necessary dialogue. No pressure, no judgements. I aim for to make connection, not correction! All at your pace.

Additional information
All evidence suggests that Face-to-Face sessions have a greater effect in facilitating therapeutic change. However, I appreciate Face-to-Face is not always possible. So along with in-person sessions I also offer online sessions. However, do mention whether your circumstances make it difficult for you to attend in person. If it is at all possible I will always encourage face-to-face, certainly in the early stages.
Cost: £55 per hour. I have frozen prices for the second year running. This is in consideration of the cost of living.
Payment by bank transfer (details will be supplied). You may also pay cash on the day.
I endeavour to respond to enquiries within 24 hours. However, I do not work weekends, so any enquiries during this period may result in a delay until the start of the working week.
I offer a limited number of concessions for those struggling financially.

Further information
My office is quiet and has a calming atmosphere. It is not in a specific therapeutic building, so discretion is assured if that is a concern. The building is safe and secure and offers a seated waiting area with refreshment facilities available both before and after the session. There is easy access off the A14 or via many other routes through or circumventing town.
