About me

Hi, I'm Nicole - an Integrative psychotherapist and coach based in London.

I hope you will feel welcomed by a comforting and supportive space where you're invited to share your worries and concerns. I understand that life can be overwhelming, and I'm here to offer a warm and safe environment for you to slow down, reflect, and explore the reasons behind your decisions.

If you sense recurring cycles, find yourself pushing others away, or feel adrift, I might be the right therapist for you. I believe our roots, our childhood, moulds our thoughts and behaviours. If exploring this resonates with you, I'm here to help you unearth insights and embark on your authentic journey.

If you are ready to embark on a journey towards your true, authentic self with someone who provides a patient ear and a secure space. I won't rush you but rather allow you the time to reflect and challenge your thought processes. My approach is direct, authentic, and focused on assisting you in finding your sense of self.

In my perspective, therapy is a collaborative walk towards your journey. There is no pushing or pulling, just someone to hold the space you need to explore. My expertise lies in domestic abuse, adverse childhood experiences, and grief.

With a decade of experience as a qualified domestic abuse advocate and ongoing education in Integrative Counselling and Coaching, I am committed to supporting you on your path to self-discovery. Feel free to reach out, and let's start your journey together. I am a Registered Member of the BACP, ensuring professional guidance and support.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
