About me
My mission is to do deep, therapeutic work with people who are ready to heal from their inner wounds and see radical transformations in their lives.
Existing is hard. Let alone being a fully functional, productive, compassionate and successful person with high self esteem and confidence. Often our anxieties, cognitive frameworks and past traumas paralyse us and stop us from being who we want to be in our present, and future.
I'm an Accredited Psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor with a focus on anxiety; where it comes from, processing past trauma and how it blocks you from being your true, authentic, fearless, powerful self.
I work with the humanistic philosophy that we are all driven to becoming the best version of ourselves, and with compassion, mindset and a safe therapeutic space, this is absolutely possible.
I truly believe that exploring your deepest suffering can lead to you discovering your highest power.
I work with anxiety using a multifaceted approach. A combination of embodied practice, cognitive behavioural tools and techniques, and an exploration of the deeper wounds that are at the root cause of your anxiety.
We can explore your inner fears, anxieties, and the recurring negative thoughts that take away your power. We will examine the childhood templates you learned and the traumas that contributed to your adult patterns in relationships, thoughts and behaviours.
You can build an awareness of yourself, which is your biggest tool for change. This can help you reconnect with your personal power, finding clarity, confidence and purpose. And we can use productivity tools that will help you set goals and work towards your biggest dreams.
Therapy isn't for everyone. But stop for a moment and think about what led you here.
Something in you wants to find freedom. Clarity. Confidence. Purpose. Joy.
If you are struggling with anxiety; personally, professionally or in relationships - it's time to take charge of your life.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
