About me

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or painful memories, I want you to know that change is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns or carry the weight of your past alone. Therapy can help you find relief, clarity, and a way forward.

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s weighing on you—whether that’s fear, sadness, relationship struggles, or a feeling of being lost. I offer both regular weekly talk therapy sessions and EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, which is a powerful and transformative trauma therapy. Together, we can work together to help you heal, shift unhelpful patterns, and step into a life where you feel more at peace, more in control, and more like yourself.

How Therapy Can Help

Understand your Attachment Style
If you struggle with relationships or feel disconnected, we can explore how your past experiences have shaped the way you connect with others—and how to build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Let Go of Negative Programming and Old Patterns
Many of our struggles come from messages we learned in childhood—beliefs that tell us we’re not good enough, safe enough, or worthy of love. Therapy can help you release these outdated stories so they no longer control you.

Install New, Empowering Beliefs
With the right support, you can rewire the way you think about yourself and your life—shifting from fear to confidence, from self-doubt to self-trust.

Find Relief from Anxiety and Overthinking:
If your mind feels like it’s constantly racing or you're stuck in worry, we can work with cognitive techniques, embodied practices, and deeper emotional healing to help you feel calmer and more grounded.

Reclaim Your Power and Purpose
When you understand yourself more deeply, you can start making choices that align with the life you truly want. Therapy can help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with clarity.

If you’re here, something within you is looking for change. Maybe you’re exhausted from carrying the same struggles, or you just want to feel like yourself again. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have all the answers—you just have to show up as you are.

I offer both talk therapy and EMDR remotely, with limited EMDR spaces available on Fridays. If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to hear from you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
