Welcome to my page - I am Natasha and I am a Clinical Psychologist who works with people just like you! My training, experience, and knowledge mean I am skilled in supporting people to gain a better understanding of themselves, improve their relationships with others, support people to heal from the traumas that they have experienced, and support those who don't feel like they fit anywhere or those who question their whole lives because of the experiences that they have had.

I have been working in mental health services since 2007 and alongside my doctorate in clinical psychology, I have additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR - recommended treatment by NICE for trauma (single episode e.g., an accident, birth trauma, or more complex trauma e.g., abuse)). I am able to see both adults and children (14 years and above) for trauma work. I prefer to work collaboratively with you to make sure that I can offer you the compassionate, personalised support that you may require. 

I set up Revive so that I can offer support to children/families and adults who are struggling with their mental health and to help them access support without long waiting lists.  Whether these difficulties have come around suddenly or have built up over time, we know that living with these feelings can be overwhelming and impact every aspect of our daily lives - from feeling like we can't cope to impacting our relationships with ourselves and others. At Revive, we are a team of experienced clinical psychologists who are trained in evidence-based psychological therapies to help you feel like yourself again!
