About me
Hello. I'm Nataleigh, a Psychotherapist based in Camden Town. I offer weekly in-person or online therapy sessions to walk alongside you through any challenges you might be seeking help with. Therapy can provide you with a space to work through areas of your life in which you feel stuck or overwhelmed.
I am available during daytime hours (10 am - 4 pm). The therapy rooms at Camden Therapy are a welcoming space in the heart of Camden Town. I also work over Zoom if you prefer to meet online.
My therapeutic practice is diverse and I work with clients from all backgrounds, nationalities and walks of life. All are welcome.
Considering starting therapy?
Finding a therapist can often feel daunting. Reaching out for help is the first step in knowing you are not alone. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, lost or with a particular concern you wish to explore more deeply. I provide a calm and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings and be supported in a caring environment.
In weekly therapy, I will invite you to speak freely about your childhood, relationships, and past and present difficulties. Therapy can be a space to reflect and process where you are in your life, how you got there and importantly, where you may want to go next.
My style
My approach is warm, relational and holistic. My integrative training philosophy means I draw on different therapy approaches and techniques, so we can find out what works best for you. Each client is treated as an individual and we will focus on nurturing your relationship with yourself and developing awareness.
I am happy working short-term if you have a specific concern you would like to focus on, or long-term depth psychotherapy for those wishing to continue their journey of self-discovery. I will provide a non-judgemental presence as we build a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Next steps
The decision to begin therapy can feel daunting at first and choosing a therapist you feel able to build a relationship with and at ease with is an important part of the process.
The first step is to reach me by phone or email and we can arrange an appointment for an initial session. This allows us to see if you’d like to work together and what you might like to focus on initially. I welcome any questions you might have about psychotherapy and next steps for arranging a session are taken at your pace.
I can also offer a free 15-minute introductory phone call where you can tell me a bit about yourself, what you are seeking and if working together would feel like the right fit for you.
I look forward to hearing from you and how I might be able to help.

I am committed to offering an inclusive practice that supports all ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, religious preferences, physical abilities, sexual orientations and gender identities.
Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
