About me
Welcome
I'm Nataleigh Strasburg, a UKCP-accredited integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist based in London. I offer online therapy as well as in-person sessions in Camden Town and Walk & Talk sessions in Regents Park.
Therapy can be a space to reflect and process where you are in your life, how you got there and importantly, where you may want to go next. I provide a warm and caring therapeutic relationship where you can feel supported in exploring the difficulties you’re facing in life.
We can meet short-term if you have a specific concern you would like to focus on, or long-term psychotherapy to deepen the journey of self-discovery. I provide a reliable, non-judgemental presence as we build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I recognise each person as unique so tailor my therapy approach individually.
Areas I Work With
I specialise in supporting people through depression, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, family issues, health issues, pre and postnatal support, parenting, transitions, life changes and finding direction and meaning. I also support those dealing with body image issues, questions around identity and struggles with self-esteem and self-worth.
My Approach
My work is primarily integrative and relational, meaning the therapeutic relationship is central to the process. I incorporate insights from transpersonal and existential philosophy, psychodynamic theory and attachment, Gestalt therapy, child development theories and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Alongside traditional talking therapy, I integrate creative methods such as guided meditation, visualisation, drawing and working with dreams.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

First steps
Choosing a therapist you feel a connection with is an important step and as a client, I remember that starting the process can feel daunting. The right counsellor or therapist will likely be someone you can imagine building a relationship with and feel at ease with. I offer a free informal chat to hear a bit about you and see whether it feels like a good fit.
I welcome any questions you have about therapy and the next steps are always taken at your pace. If you would like to work together, we will then arrange a time for your 50-minute therapy session. I will invite you to share about your family history, background and what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your hopes for therapy and I will check in regularly to ensure it is working for you.
