About me
I am a UKCP-registered Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist working with adults of all ages and backgrounds.
My journey in the mental-health field began 21 years ago, grounded in a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, followed by a Diploma in Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapy. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping individuals enhance their wellbeing, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with their inner strengths.
Many of my clients have experienced childhood trauma, abuse, or they come to therapy while navigating feelings of shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, addiction, ADHD, or relationship issues.
I welcome each client into a heart-centred, confidential, and non-judgemental space where they can feel safe to open their hearts and be understood.
My therapeutic approach is Integrative and Holistic/Spiritual, drawing on a wide range of modalities including dreamwork, mindfulness, breath and body work, guided visualisation, and meditation, alongside explorative talking therapy. I work with the whole person—mind, body, and soul—supporting a process of healing, self-regulation, and deeper self-understanding.
The Holistic-Spiritual approach can be especially meaningful for those seeking clarity, purpose, and direction in their lives. It offers a creative path toward living more authentically, with greater inner connection and resilience. While clients with ADHD, addiction issues or anger can benefit from a more clinical approach.
In our sessions, we will also explore how your past experiences may shape your present emotions, behaviours, and relationships, with the intention of uncovering the root cause of your difficulties. Together, we will look at your experiences with compassion and curiosity, creating space for reflection and meaning-making.
I believe every individual is unique, with unique needs. My work is tailored to support your personal journey toward self-discovery and healing.
In my own journey, I have learnt to value my particular qualities of compassion, kindness, patience, acceptance and forgiveness that have helped me to access my inner resources when things got difficult. Now, I bring these qualities into service of my clients' process when I facilitate their unique journey towards healing and meaning. Or, when they have difficulty valuing themselves and need a kind encouragement to access their beautiful but yet hidden inner resources.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and typically we will meet on a weekly basis, at the same time and day.
The first session is an assessment where we aim to reach an understanding of what your particular difficulties are. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any question about the therapy and form an understanding of how we will work together in therapy.
We can either agree to work from the beginning on an open-ended basis, or for a fixed number of sessions and then review. In both cases there will be regular reviews of how you feel you are progressing.
