About me
Hello, and welcome. I am a BACP-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist offering a relational, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach to therapy.
Having worked across charity settings and the NHS, I have experience delivering both short-term and longer-term therapy.
I offer support to individuals (19+) facing various emotional and psychological difficulties, such as: anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and perinatal-related challenges.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you as an individual.
I work holistically, paying attention to thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, behaviours, and relational dynamics, while also considering the influence of family systems, culture, upbringing, and environment.
Clients often describe therapy with me as grounding, insightful, and supportive. Many say they leave sessions feeling more self-aware, less self-critical, and better able to navigate relationships, boundaries, and difficult emotions with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, exhausted from holding everything together, or unsure why certain emotions and relationships feel difficult to navigate.
Some clients want space to process emotions openly, while others value reflection, gentle challenge, insight, or practical tools they can carry into daily life. Together, we create space to explore these experiences with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.
Therapy can help us understand the story we hold about ourselves, where it came from, and how we might begin to relate to ourselves differently.
Whether you are looking for support with a specific issue or simply feel that something no longer feels sustainable, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
I work with English and Romanian speaking clients.
If you have any questions or would like to book a consultation with me then I would like to welcome you to send me an email here.
I offer free introductory calls.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
Pregnancy, birth, infertility, loss, and parenthood can bring profound emotional shifts, questions around identity and self-worth, and memories from our own experiences of being cared for. These experiences can affect not only biological mothers, but also fathers and adoptive parents.
I also recognise that loss can take many forms throughout life through bereavement, separation, changing relationships, life transitions, or losing connection with ourselves.

Further information
What to expect once we connect
After you connect with me, we will arrange an initial video call (up to 30 min) which allows you to ask any questions you have before booking your initial assessment session. Please note: an assessment session is not a therapy session.
The initial appointment lasts an hour, and during this session, I ask more detailed questions about what has brought you to counselling, and then we decide how you would like to proceed.
Moving forward
Once you decide to work with me, we will arrange a weekly time to fit with our availability. The number of sessions is flexible around your needs. We will review our work periodically to assess what these needs are as our work progresses.
