About me
Hello. I am an integrative psychotherapist and supervisor. Sessions are trauma-informed and draw on creative, embodied, mindful and cognitive approaches to therapy. I use a range of methods to help you thrive not just survive. I am also a supervisor and can support clinicians who are working with children, young people and adults.
I offer a space to listen to you, be honest, accepting and compassionate. I believe in the transformational power of relational therapy; creative approaches to see things from different perspectives and the innate wisdom of the body for healing.
I work with clients who may be struggling to cope or feeling disconnected. This may be trauma related to their relationships, situation or family. During our initial session, I will ask some questions to explore key issues for you and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them. I can answer any questions as to how I could work with you and my approach.
I have over 10 years of experience collaborating with children, young people, families, adults and elders to support their mental health & wellbeing. I'm licensed in both UK and Europe and hold additional certificate in trauma-informed therapy.
I offer therapy in-person in a room that allows for both verbal and non verbal ways of communicating and online via secure video.
I work with people who may be struggling with anxiety, self-esteem or trauma related to neurodiversity, past events or relationships. In sessions I belief trust, compassion and an integration of our body and mind enables long lasting healing. Creating space around emotions to observe and let them pass with more ease. Together we will explore key issues and create a plan bespoke to you.
I also offer 1:1 Supervision to support clinical work and private practice. I offer a supportive and creative space to process and work with the challenges of clinical work and private practice. My approach is pluralistic so that I can adapt my approach based on your supervisory needs. I work with various theories and models such as the 7 eyed approach, developmental and cyclical models.
