About me
My name is Keri, and I am a registered Human Givens Therapist based in South London. I work with adults, teens and children both online and face-to-face.
Hello, and welcome to my profile. I offer brief solution-focused therapy to support people with concerns such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, chronic pain and trauma. It can feel a bit lonely when you are struggling with your mental health, and it can impact you and those around you.
It doesn't need to be that way. I can help you find solutions and tools to make the world seem brighter and less threatening.
I have an enhanced DBS check and am fully insured.
Feeling Stuck? I Can Help You Move Forward.
Life can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster—full of ups and downs, twists and turns. But when anxiety, stress, or difficult emotions start to take over, it can feel like you're losing control. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, stress, sleep issues, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or anything else, you're not alone. Together, we can find a way forward.
How I Can Support You
As a Human Givens therapist, I offer a modern, solution-focused approach that is both practical and holistic. I aim to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes. In our sessions, we’ll dive into the issues that brought you here, explore the best ways forward, and work on creating practical solutions that fit your life. My approach is designed to help you feel better quickly—so you can return to living the life you deserve.
Why Choose Me?
Choosing the right therapist is essential, and I know it can feel daunting. But therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. I provide a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. Together, we'll focus on your goals and work at your pace. If you don’t feel like I’m the right fit for you after our first session, there’s no obligation to continue. You are in control, and I’ll support you in whatever choice feels right.
You don’t have to face this alone—reach out today, and let’s start working towards the life you want to live.
