About me
🌿 A Place to Land. A Place to Begin 🌿
Supporting You Through Trauma, Sensitivity, Loss & Neurodivergence
I offer warm, client-led, trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy for adults navigating post-traumatic growth, deep sensitivity, grief and neurodivergence. I specialise in working with HSP clients, supporting sensitive souls, deep feelers, and those navigating life transitions and emotional challenges.
- Are you seeking more freedom and authenticity in your life?
- Has loss or grief left you searching for deeper meaning and purpose?
- Do you long to live a more creative and embodied life - connected to your true self?
- Has life dulled your sense of connection, leaving you longing for something more meaningful?
- Are you ready for compassionate support in the next chapter of your post-traumatic recovery and growth?
Healing is a returning - a gentle unfolding back to your true self. Together, we co-create a safe and brave space to explore what’s tender, uncover what’s been lost or silenced, and hold with care the parts of you ready to be witnessed and embraced. I can support you to reconnect with yourself, honour your sensitivity, and step into a deeper, more authentic relationship with your body, your creativity, and your life.

How I Work:
I offer in-person counselling in Marsden, Huddersfield, and online therapy across the UK & Europe. My counselling approach is warm, person-centred and relational. I understand the unique challenges and gifts of high sensitivity, and tailor therapy to support your nervous system and emotional well-being. I draw on somatic therapies, creative arts therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathwork coaching, existential and transpersonal counselling to support your unique healing journey.
Healing happens with you, not to you - through connection, trust and presence. Our sessions may include talk therapy, body awareness, creative expression, visualisation, parts work or silence - always guided by your needs and pace. I offer both short-term and long-term open-ended counselling to support your growth.
Creative Therapy
Creative therapy offers a gentle way to explore what might feel difficult to put into words. Through drawing, painting, imagination and metaphor, it becomes possible to express emotions, access inner wisdom, and connect with parts of yourself that may have been hidden or silenced. This non-verbal, intuitive approach can support deep healing, insight and transformation - especially when talking feels too much, or not quite enough.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy invites you to slow down and gently turn toward your body’s inner knowing. By bringing curious, compassionate attention to sensations, breath and movement, we listen for what’s held within - the stories, tensions or truths waiting to be felt and understood. As you connect with your felt sense, new possibilities for healing, clarity and grounded presence can begin to emerge.
Therapy for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)
I understand the emotional, sensory sensitivities and deep empathy that comes with high sensitivity. I offer a compassionate space tailored to help you navigate overwhelm, build resilience and honour your unique gifts.
Who Am I:

This creates a safe space where you can feel truly seen and gently supported, free from pressure or judgment. I hold spaciousness in the therapeutic relationship, listening with care, honouring your inner wisdom, and walking alongside you with compassion and depth. Together, this process can help you come home to yourself and at your own pace.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
