About me

As an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I work using a range of models, tailoring our work to suit your individual needs.

Working relationally, I provide space and support for you to share and explore that which you find it hard to share elsewhere.

I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced Trauma, especially survivors of Sexual, Physical and Emotional abuse.

I also have a special interest in working with clients who are Childless not by choice, clients living with Chronic and Degenerative illness/conditions, clients who are newly Grieving and those struggling with working through longer term Grief. This includes support around Miscarriage and difficulty conceiving.

My hope is for you to feel empowered, heard, understood and safe, both with me and subsequently within your own life.

I have a private practice based in Felixstowe, where I work Face-to-Face. I also hold a qualification in Online & Telephone Counselling and with many years experience working remotely, I offer Nationwide remote sessions for those not based near my practice.

I pride myself in offering an inclusive environment, honouring your background and experiences as they are. As part of this, I am committed to my ongoing professional development, attending regular and relevant courses to further my experience and understanding.

I am a Registered Member of the UKCP and an Accredited Member of the NCPS and adhere to their professional code of ethics and practice.

I attend regular supervision sessions and am fully insured, with a full DBS.

If you would like to have an initial free consultation to talk through what you would like to achieve and to see if you feel we could work together, please get in touch via email or telephone.
