About me

Hi and thank you for your interest,

I am passionate about guiding people out of emotional, psychological and physical pain and into a life of joy, freedom and abundance.

I work in a holistic, creative way and my aim is to work alongside you to find a way that uniquely serves you. I am keen to provide you with an experience that suits your requirements using a number of approaches whilst honoring my initial training in the traditional talking approach of Psychotherapy.

Body Code and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) are excellent for releasing trapped emotions and other trapped energies and can eliminate the debilitating effects of trauma for good. Shadow Alchemy is a powerful approach to healing in that it uncovers how you have been suppressing you're greatness and provides you with the tools to finally alchemise your shadow side and live in the light.

I am happy to work with you on a short, long-term or flexible basis, depending on the level of difficulties you wish to address.

I offer a free complementary  Zoom call to help you decide whether we would be a fit for each other.

I am passionate about Supervision and I have had the pleasure of supporting counsellors and Psychotherapist, both qualified and in training since 2004.

Supervision is a reciprocal relationship, based on equality and a mutual understanding, that we are professionals working together to create a safe, gently challenging and informative alliance. I work holistically and draw on various approaches to inform my work including Gestalt, Adlerian and Jungian to name a few. I love to work in a creative way and to share techniques and ideas that can support your work and help you develop personally and professionally.

In addition to working 1:1 I also run group supervision.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Warm wishes,

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
