About me

Welcome! I’m Malgorzata, a Gestalt psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals build self-esteem, confidence, and authentic self-expression.

Everyone has the inner strength to overcome self-doubt and discover their worth. Using the Gestalt approach, I provide a safe, supportive space for exploring and transforming self-perceptions, freeing you from the weight of self-criticism and past experiences.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have extensive experience in various counselling settings, including private practice, Minds Charity, the Polish Psychologist Association, and Headway East London. I have supported individuals facing a range of challenges, including ex-offenders, those experiencing homelessness, victims of domestic violence, and people with acquired brain injuries.

I am a fully insured and registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and I am working towards an MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy.

My qualifications include:

Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy
Diploma in Humanistic Counselling
Postgraduate Diploma in Phototherapy

I specialise in helping clients struggling with procrastination, low self-esteem, and intimacy issues. My approach encourages self-awareness and equips you to face life’s challenges more confidently and clearly. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, enabling you to break free from unhelpful patterns and create meaningful change.

I provide both short- and long-term therapy for individuals and couples, either face-to-face at London Bridge SE1 or online. Sessions are held at a consistent time and location to offer a safe and dependable environment.

I treat every client as unique, tailoring my approach to suit your needs. I support you whether you want to overcome self-doubt, reconnect emotionally, or build healthier relationships.

Let’s work together to help you embrace a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I encourage you to ask any questions about my experience, qualifications, therapeutic style, or what to expect from the process.

Talking about your goals and expectations will enable me to understand your objectives and explore whether this approach aligns with your expectations.
