About me

In these challenging and uncertain times, it's never been so important so stay connected with each other for the good of our mental health.  Existing mental distress and trauma can be made worse by these difficult times.

I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor which means my approach is based on a range of therapeutic practices which I tailor to support your specific needs.  Understanding the range of therapeutic practices on offer here can be confusing and I am happy to have a brief phone call with you to explain how I work and also for us to get to know each other a little to see if we feel we will work well together.

I offer counselling from my home in Keyworth but can also offer E mail, phone and online counselling (using Zoom, WhatsApp Video, Face time, Skype or your preferred software).

Training, qualifications & experience

Welcome to my practice.

I am UKCP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor and working from my home in Keyworth (South Nottinghamshire). I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space in which to explore your current challenges. We can talk about how you are in the world, how you relate to others and what you might want to achieve in the future.

It’s a daunting step to pick up the phone and take your first step into the world of therapy. My experience is you won’t look back once you've started but if you are unsure, please feel free to give me a call to discuss or come for an initial consultation so we can check out if we are right for each other and how we might work together.
