About me

My key motivation as a counsellor is my belief that love and understanding can change lives, and that there is always hope, however dark today may feel. I aim to provide a safe relationship that enables and empowers individuals to face hard realities and make positive changes.

I have worked effectively with people experiencing difficulties such as grief, trauma, relationship issues, depression and anxiety. Prior to training as a counsellor I mentored young adults and worked in research and consultancy.

Training, qualifications & experience

Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, Consultancy PGDip, Genetics BSc Hons, Accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS).

I have done further training around emotional maturity, and I volunteered for Cruse Bereavement Care delivering bereavement support for 18 months, having completed their specialist bereavement training. I have a wealth of experience of working with, listening to and helping people from many walks of life.
