About me

I work with clients to create lasting changes in their behaviour, thoughts, emotions, and relationships. In our work together, we explore and identify patterns in how you relate — to others and to yourself. These patterns can show up as difficulty identifying or expressing emotions, feeling disconnected from your needs, a sense of being stuck, uncertainty about what you feel, or challenges with decision-making.

I aim to foster a deeper understanding of oneself, a more flexible way of experiencing life, and a sense of moving forward. I tailor my approach to each individual, supporting clients in alleviating challenges while developing greater self-awareness and relational insight.  I have a longstanding interest in human development and how neuroscience can deepen our understanding of relationships and the self.

My practice is neurodiversity-informed, and I'm committed to offering an affirming, non-judgmental space with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion — across all backgrounds, identities, and experience.

I am an approved provider for AXA Health, Aviva Health UK and Allianz Partners.

I am a UKCP Accredited Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist and hold Graduate Membership with The British Psychological Society.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
