About me

Hello there!

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety? Perhaps you've been feeling a bit low, down in the dumps or depressed? Or maybe you're dealing with the after-effects of things that have happened in the past or tricky relationships that leave you feeling a bit worn out and stuck? It could be that old hurts, a lack of confidence, or feeling a bit rubbish about yourself are stopping you from really living your life. Or perhaps neurodiversity, like ADHD or Autism, is playing a part.

Whatever you're finding a bit of a struggle right now, I'd like to invite you to think about working through it all together.

It takes such a lot of courage to recognise when things are feeling tough, and I really admire you for taking this first step.

I'm Kirsten, a qualified and experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Hypnotherapist, and I'm here to walk alongside you as you find your way towards feeling better and growing stronger.

What I'm really passionate about is creating a genuinely warm, kind, and non-judgemental space where we can chat about whatever's on your mind. I'm here to help you get to grips with what might be at the bottom of these challenges and to help you find practical ways to make positive changes that really mean something to you.

We'll work together, tailoring what we do to suit you and what you'd like to achieve. We might even share a little giggle along the way, where it feels right, because finding your way doesn't always have to feel like a huge weight on your shoulders.

Taking that first step towards getting some support can feel like a big thing, and I really understand that. To make it a little easier, I offer a free 20-minute initial chat so we can connect and see if I feel like the right person for you. Or, if you'd prefer, you can book a reduced-rate (£35) introductory 50-minute session – a chance to explore what you need without any pressure to carry on.

For ease, I offer both in-person sessions here in Bristol (BS7) and online sessions right across the UK, so support is there for you wherever you are.

You absolutely deserve to feel free from what's holding you back and to build a life that feels happier and more fulfilling – so do get in touch. I'd really like to hear from you.
