About me

Hi, I'm Kirsten and I have a passion for empowering individuals to navigate life's inevitable challenges. Whatever you're struggling with, therapy can be a powerful tool for growth and self-discovery.

As a warm, compassionate and friendly therapist, I offer you a safe and respectful space to talk and explore your concerns freely and authentically, whilst making sessions feel as light as possible; believing talking therapy shouldn't automatically be heavy and serious.

I appreciate that taking the first step towards positive change can be daunting and courageous, but with me, you won't ever feel you're going through it alone.

Discover a Brighter You.

I'm here to listen and understand your unique journey. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to uncover patterns that might be holding you back. Using evidence-based techniques and a touch of humour (when appropriate), we'll work toward your goals, boosting your self-awareness and personal growth.

Curious about how therapy with me can help?

Schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit. I'm a pluralistic therapist, which means I can draw from a variety of approaches to tailor our sessions to your specific needs.

Ready to take the next step?

Let's work together to address emotional pain, depression, anxiety, stress, or unhealthy habits. By gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, you can develop self-acceptance, self-compassion, and a greater sense of control over your life.

Book a free consultation today. There's no pressure, and I'm here to help you create a brighter future.

Whether we work together short, medium or long-term, I can help you to bring about profound change and free you for a calmer, happier and more peaceful future.

N.B. Sessions can be either In-person in Bristol BS7, Online (Nationwide) or Telephone.
