About me
Hello and Welcome
If you have found your way here, you are likely feeling like you are carrying the weight of the world on your own shoulders. Perhaps you are exhausted by the 'too much-ness' of it all—the persistent hum of anxiety, the nagging self-doubt, or the repeating patterns that keep you stuck. You might be carrying heavy emotional pain, or experiencing a creeping depression that leaves you feeling as though you have lost your sparkle somewhere along the way.
I am Kirsten, and I believe that therapy shouldn’t feel like a clinical transaction.
If you are looking for a space where you are treated like a textbook case, I am likely not the right fit. But if you are looking for a warm, grounded, human connection—a space where you can be fully yourself, whether that means ranting, crying, swearing, or just breathing—then you are in the right place.
Real Talk, Not Just Nodding
I am an active, 'all-in' therapist. We will work as a team to get straight to the heart of what is bothering you. I bring the tools, you bring the life experience, and together we will roll up our sleeves to tackle those hurdles—no matter how overwhelming they feel or how long they have been there.
My approach blends Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy, tailored entirely to you rather than a one-size-fits-all programme.
We will deal with the heavy stuff, but we will also make plenty of room for lightness. Yes, there will even be laughter when the moment calls for it.
Let’s See If We Click
Chemistry is the most important part of therapy. To help you decide if I am the right person to support you in finding your freedom, I offer:
- A Free 20-minute Chat: No pressure, no strings attached. A quick, informal call to see if we are on the same page.
- A Reduced-Rate (£35) Introductory Session: A full 50-minute session to get a real feel for how we work together, with absolutely no obligation to continue.
I see clients in-person in Bristol (BS7) and online across the UK.
Whenever you are ready to stop struggling and carrying it all alone, I am here.
