About me
Hello and Welcome!
I'm Kirsten, and I genuinely love helping individuals like you find a path towards healing.
Starting Your Journey to Feeling Better
It takes courage to address what you're finding tough, and I admire you for taking this step. Whether you're navigating present-day challenges like anxiety, depression, emotional pain, relationship issues, difficult emotions, unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, or deeper concerns stemming from past experiences, I'm here to help. My goal is to make this journey comfortable and supportive for you.
I offer a kind, friendly, and confidential space where we can gently explore what's holding you back - completely at your pace. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and our approach will be tailored to your unique needs. We can work together to understand root causes and develop effective strategies for positive change.
We'll create a personalised plan together, using evidence-based practices and a little humour when it feels right. My approach is all about truly understanding you. We'll explore your thoughts and feelings, gain fresh perspectives, and equip you with practical tools to help you cope, heal, and move forward.
With counselling, psychotherapy, or hypnotherapy available, together we'll find the most suitable path. Here, we'll cultivate meaningful, lasting positive shifts without judgement or pressure.
Taking Your First Step
To make getting started easier, I offer two clear options:
- Free 20-minute initial chat: This is a pressure-free opportunity for us to connect and ensure I'm the right fit for you.
- Reduced-rate (£35) introductory 50-minute session: A chance to explore your needs without any commitment or pressure to continue.
For your convenience, I offer both in-person sessions in Bristol (BS7) and online sessions across the entire UK, ensuring support is accessible wherever you are.
You deserve to feel free from what's holding you back and build a happier, more fulfilling life. Ready to start your journey towards feeling better? I'd genuinely like to hear from you. Please get in touch.
