About me

My therapeutic approach is helpful to people experiencing emotional difficulties and looking to make changes from within. You might feel stuck and see obstacles in every direction, and feel unable to find a way forward, or you may be feeling overwhelmed and can’t find any clarity. As an Integrative psychotherapist with a flexible approach, I can help you to disentangle the confusion and to find new perspectives on your circumstances. I regard each new client as a unique being and take great care to create a therapeutic pathway which is respectful of who you are and which is co-created. We will work together specifically for the time period you feel is right for your needs.

I offer a free of charge 30 minute session for me to assess if I have the right skills and experience, and to offer you the opportunity to get a feel for our working relationship.
