About me

Do you find yourself settling for less than you deserve?
Do people tend to disappoint you and let you down?
Do you give more than you get?

I have given a lot of thought to these questions over the years, because the number one issue I see with my clients is a struggle with self-love.

People may come in for help with depression, anxiety, relationships, or parenting, but underlying these challenges is almost always a struggle to love oneself.

"If you don't love yourself, nobody else will."

I am a true believer in this and I try to follow it like a life mantra. I too, do fall short sometimes, but I am getting better and my life is so much better for it.

The matter of intimate relationships can be made worse, if we fall in love with someone who is a narcissist?

Narcissistic people start off as charmers, and you may fall in love quickly and deeply. Soon enough, you will come to realise that they are self important and have an overwhelming need for admiration, and usually a complete lack of empathy toward others.

Narcissists are often cruel, unkind & volatile, when I was in such a relationship, I naively thought I could change him. I thought that my overwhelming love would melt his harshness away. I was incredibly wrong. I had to cut all ties & walk away.

Take the 'Is my mate a narcissist' test & find out today

Today, I fully understand the emotional process that takes place in unhealthy relationships and I am best able to support you on your journey of self exploration, healing and change.

I help people to understand their attraction to emotionally abusive partners

I help my clients to recognise the root cause of unhealthy relationship patterns

I help people to break damaging relationship cycles so they can heal & move on from their past.

If I can change, you can change too
