About me
Taking the 1st step into counselling can feel scary and I appreciate the courage it may take for you to embark upon this journey but I will support you along the way with kindness, warmth and empathy in abundance.
I'm an integrative therapist trained in PCT (Person Centred therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural therapy) & TA (Transactional Analysis) and I use my knowledge and skills in a way tailored to suit each client's needs.
I will hold a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we can explore issues from childhood, unhelpful thought patterns, life limiting beliefs and more. Through this, I can help to empower you to overcome issues such as, but not limited to, low self-esteem, overwhelm, anxiety & depression, grief, trauma and women's issues such as abortion, gender disappointment, pregnancy anxiety etc.
I help adults to explore, heal, understand and reconnect with themselves, providing useful tools and thought provoking observations to deal with lifes challenges.
If you feel I'd be someone who could help you, please feel free to get in touch :)
